What is a micro-sieve?
Micro-sieve is a fine mesh molded into a sheet by electroforming method.
Products of micro-sieve
Our micro-sieves are manufactured through an electroforming process. It is not woven net: the sheet-shaped micro-sieve has a flat surface, and the openings are very precise and uniform. The square opening is suitable for optimal screening and the elliptic section is suitable for classifications.
Opening width is adjustable in 1μm unit, it is available to the selection of various samples.
Applications
Metal:Aluminum, iron, nickel, etc.
Non-metal:Diamond, alumina, glass, cement, titanium oxide, etc.
Medical field:Extraction of biological cells, such as white blood cells
Environmental substances:Screening suspended solids and the PM2.5
Special use:Electromagnetic shielding, etc.
Options
Support grids (reinforcing network) and support meshs for bonding and molding are also available.
